What I can help with

I recognise that training needs are individual - because of age, medical history, posture, prior training, current fitness and so on, what’s appropriate for one person might not be appropriate for the next.

That’s why in depth consultation with a client, flexibility, mobility, postural and strength assessments form the basis of my bespoke training session to provide the most effective forms of exercise.

As we train, we get stronger therefore my training sessions are progressive to ensure that the exercise become more challenging to avoid plateau, the levelling-off of your improvements.

My training sessions are always aimed towards helping you to have a healthier lifestyle through exercises with variety of equipment, e.g. kettlebells, dumbbells, mace, handmaces, med balls, weighted bars and more.

To accompany the exercise programme, I also provide a nutrition advice, to maximise your training results.
